Why Earn the CAEE Certification?

Professionals who earn the CAEE certification demonstrate a high standard of proficiency and are equipped to support mission-critical electrical and power systems in aerospace, defense, and commercial aviation environments.

Certified individuals may use the CAEE designation after their name to reflect their achievement.

Maintaining Certification

The CAEE certification is valid for 3 years. To maintain certification, individuals must:

  • Pass a reduced-fee renewal exam, or

  • Provide proof of meaningful work demonstrating ongoing application of certification standards and pay the reduced fee.
