ELIGIBILITY
Our certification exams are designed for professionals in various technical and specialized fields. Ideal candidates must:
Verify they fit one of the "Who is this for?" categories.
Meet U.S. Export Control requirements (Must be a U.S. Person).
Be able to understand, read, and write in U.S. English without interpreters or translators.
Operate a computer for email, browsing, logging in, Microsoft Teams, and other basic functions.
Own or have access to a desktop or tablet computer with internet access, a front-facing camera, and a microphone in a quiet area for completing exams.
Open to Military & Civilian Candidates
Active-duty military personnel, veterans, and defense contractors are eligible.
Civilians working in relevant technical or defense-related roles can also apply.
Candidates currently serving on U.S. military bases (CONUS or OCONUS) are eligible.
Geographical Restrictions
Only U.S. citizens or U.S. persons (as defined by export control regulations) are eligible.
We do not accept payments or registrations from individuals outside the United States, unless they are located on a U.S. military base or in a U.S. territory.
Testing is only available within the U.S., U.S. territories, or on U.S. military bases.
Candidates outside the U.S. will not be permitted to test, even if they qualify under education or experience requirements.
Payment & Purchase Policy
All payments are final—no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Payments must be made using the same name as the candidate registered for the exam.
If an individual wishes to purchase an exam on behalf of another candidate, they must submit an authorization form.
Businesses or employers purchasing exams for multiple candidates must contact us directly for arrangements.
Upon payment, candidates will receive access to the exam scheduling system. Our obligation is fulfilled upon providing access, regardless of whether the candidate schedules or completes their exam.
Code of Conduct & Exam Integrity
Candidates must not engage in any form of cheating, fraud, or misconduct during their exam.
Unauthorized assistance, collaboration, or use of prohibited materials will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of fees.
Candidates may be required to show a government-issued ID before testing.
If a candidate violates exam integrity policies, they will not be allowed to retest and may be permanently barred from future certifications.
Refund & Retesting Policy
Refund Policy
All payments are final—no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Payment covers access to the exam scheduling system. Failure to schedule or take the exam does not qualify for a refund.
Retesting Policy
First Attempt Deadline: Candidates must schedule and complete their first exam attempt within 90 calendar days of purchase.
Additional Retesting Fees: Any further retests will require a $145 payment per exam, with a 14-day waiting period between each attempt.

Technology & Testing Requirements
Candidates are responsible for ensuring their internet connection, device, and testing environment meet the technical requirements before scheduling.
Technical issues, internet outages, or personal device failures during the exam are the candidate’s responsibility and will not qualify for a refund or free retest.
Exams must be taken in a quiet, well-lit room with no unauthorized individuals present.
Candidates must keep their webcam and microphone active throughout the exam if remote proctoring is used.
Legal & Export Control Compliance
Candidates must certify that they are a U.S. person and eligible to take the exam under export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
Candidates may not share, distribute, or reproduce any exam content, study materials, or results.
Violating export control or intellectual property laws may result in legal action.
Data Privacy & Use of Information
Candidate personal information and exam results will be stored securely and used only for certification purposes.
By registering, candidates consent to electronic communication regarding their exam, retests, and certification status.
The organization may retain exam performance data for research and quality improvement but will not sell or share data with third parties.
Scheduling & No-Show Policy
Candidates must schedule their first attempt within 90 days of payment.
If a candidate fails to appear for their scheduled exam without prior rescheduling, the exam fee will be forfeited.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the exam; failure to do so will result in a forfeited attempt.
Certification & Renewal Policy
Passing candidates will receive official certification documentation valid for X years (define renewal period if applicable).
Candidates may be required to complete continuing education or retake the exam to maintain certification.
Employers may verify a candidate's certification status through the organization's validation system.
Disclaimer of Liability
The organization is not responsible for employment decisions, promotions, or job placement outcomes based on certification status.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring their certification meets employer or industry requirements.
The organization is not liable for technical failures, scheduling conflicts, or test disruptions beyond its control.
